The Multi-state Green Tara Recitation Count to Mitigate Global Warming

Scientists tell us that to avoid the worst impacts of global warming, we must globally achieve net-zero carbon emissions no later than 2050.
To do this, the world must immediately act to reduce carbon emissions from all sectors. There’s now many promising ways to achieve that goal, yet success requires a higher than usual level of global cooperation and coordination. We have only a small window of time to act.
We can “take action”, as His Holiness the Dalai Lama asks of us, by engaging in this collective group count. We request Tara for her help to remove obstacles and for the success of these efforts.
Gyumed Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Jampa recently gave his blessings for a collective group effort of 10 Million Tara mantra count dedicated to the mitigation of global warming.
