Overview:

We will continue studying Joe Wilson's book Translating Buddhism from Tibetan starting from chapter 9. In addition we will study some Dharma prayers and a new text to be decided. This class will be taught by Kaia Fischer. (Please register)

Project 1: Those with some experience in Tibetan - We always have numerous translation projects at DNKL which need assistance such as the preparation of prayers and compiling these into a prayer book. Many thanks to those students who are already helping enormously with this prayer book project!

Project 2: Translators - DNKL has a new publishing wing called Karuna Publications which has a long term goal of translating many Gsung ‘bum texts into English. Be part of the team for one of these projects.

(For Projects 1 and 2: Please send an email DNKLTibetan@gmail.com with your interest and we will get back to you.)

"Elementary learners also welcome"
