Meditation for Beginners

This class is open to all levels


This class will be a balance between instruction and practice on meditation.  It is designed for those who are inspired to learn and practice meditation in general.
In the first hour of the class, participants will be guided to do a couple of short sessions of mindfulness meditation. Between the sessions there will be instruction and discussion, especially about the questions encountered during meditation.
