Meditation for Beginners

This class will be a balance between instruction and practice on meditation. It is designed for those who are inspired to learn about and practice meditation.
Participants will be guided through several different types of meditations. We will discuss how to overcome some of the problems that commonly arise during meditation.

There will be time for questions and self-reflection.
