Overview:

On the first Tuesday of each month, we dedicate our Lamrim learnings with reciting the Six Preliminaries Puja.

This puja is not a teaching, but a guided devotional practice that prepares the mind and heart for engaging the Lamrim (Stages of the Path). Through refuge, the generation of bodhicitta, offerings, the seven-limb prayer, and heartfelt requests to the lineage teachers, we purify obstacles and accumulate merit, creating the conditions for deeper understanding and spiritual growth.

The remaining Tuesdays of the month are dedicated to Lamrim study and discussion.
