OVERVIEW:

John Cerullo has kindly agreed to offer a Yamāntaka Sādhana review for new practitioners who recently received the Yamāntaka Empowerment from Gyumed Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Jampa.

As part of the commitment, all who received the empowerment agreed to recite the Yamāntaka Long Sādhana daily. During these two sessions, John will guide participants through the full Sādhana to build familiarity and confidence. Please note that this is not an in-depth commentary, but rather a practical walk-through.

A printed copy of the long Sādhana will be provided at the beginning of the first class.

Note: Anyone who has received the Yamāntaka Empowerment from a qualified Lama is welcome to attend. If you have any questions about eligibility, please reach out to Geshe Dhargey.
