Meditation for Beginners

meditation for beginnersThis class, assuming a balance between instruction and practice, is designed for those who are inspired to learn and practice meditation in general.
In the first hour of the class, participantses will be guided to do a couple of short sessions of mindfulness meditation. Between the sessions there will be instruction and discussion, especially about the questions encountered during meditation.
In the last half hour, various other ways of practcing meditation will be introduced, for the purpose of enabling the participantes to draw helpful elements into their own main practice. The class will be conclued with short tentative meditation and discussion.
